厨房、惯习与大众教育
——威斯克戏剧《厨房》中的经济场域研究

摘要：在当代英国戏剧家阿诺德·威斯克的戏剧中，厨房的形象改变了，它不仅是提供食物的场所，还是一个缩微的经济场域，工作于其间的各类人员为各自的利益展开了不见硝烟的斗争，他们的惯习行为反映出不同的阶级地位和身份认知，是一场权力的游戏，决定他们所扮演的游戏角色的是资本的占有状况。威斯克借助于厨房这一经济场域剖析了工业资本主义社会语境下工人阶级受到资产阶级剥削和压迫的根源，以及工人阶级抗争的困境，是他将艺术与大众教育相融合的一次深入尝试。

Title: Kitchen, Habitus and Popular Education: A Study of the Economic Field in Arnold Wesker’s Play The Kitchen
Abstract: In the plays of contemporary British playwright Arnold Wesker, kitchen has changed its image, which is no longer just a place to provide food, but also a microcosm of the economic field, where various persons engaged in a silent struggle for their own interests. Their habitual behaviors actually reflect their different class positions and identity cognition, which is a game of power, and the possession of capital determines their roles in the game. Wesker uses the economic field of the kitchen to analyze the root causes of the exploitation and oppression of the working class by the bourgeoisie under the context of industrial capitalism, as well as the dilemma of the working class’s resistance, which is an in-depth attempt to integrate art with mass education.
